Just running through the announcements that caught my eye this week. These are more for building a watchlist rather than trading at the moment, although there are a few that are very interesting imo. The week started with a bang and then died away. MM1 - Midas Minerals - I mentioned them last week because they were halted for a "transformational" copper acquisition. Resumed trading on Tuesday. Nice gap up and seem to be building on the break. Nice chart. Market cap $32.3m. SOI 124m. CR at 15c with the first tranche to be settled Tuesday 27May and the second tranche in July, after shareholder approval. Current SP 26c, so there may be a buying opportunity when those placement shares hit the market. I do like the chart. Definitely one for the watchlist for me. RDN - Raiden Resources - released drill results. I thought they were pretty good with good gold grades near surface. They had a subsequent announcement saying they met the criteria to increase their ownership of that project from 51% to 75%. $20.7m MC. SOI 3.45B. Chart is terrible. Having said that, it has been going sideways, along the bottom, since Dec. Could be one to watch for a breakout at some time but I wouldn't be holding my breath. EOS - Electro Optic Systems - announced $53m contract for counter drone remote weapon system. $310m market cap. 193m SOI. Company was still cash flow negative at last report. Market reacted well to the news and the SP has continued to climb. Chart has been in a downtrend since March 2024 with a progression of lower highs. Looks to have broken that trend. Another for the watchlist. TMG - Trigg Minerals - announced the acquistion of a large scale antinomy project in the US. Market has reacted well. MC $57.3m. SOI around 924m. Market loves the news. This stock needs a little more investigation. Volume has had a big increase since Sept 2024 at which time the SP broke its downtrend. SP continued its breakout this week currently 6.2c. Definitely one for further research and also for the watchlist. TNE - Technology One - more of an investment stock than a trading stock. Released results on Tuesday and they were great. Positive outlook. Chart is great. $12.6B MC. 327m SOI. One to put on the long term buy list if it's not already there. KSN - Kingston Resources - gold co - I think I posted about this one on the day. Announced sale of key asset for $95m. Market cap at the time was $75m, currently $98m. SP jumped on the news and has been trading in a range since. Presentation worth a read. Definitely one to watch. CAT - Catapult Group - released results which looked good. They do sports data and analytics. SP jumped on the results. Market cap $1.4B. SOI around 271m. Chart is quite amazing, having tripled over the last year. Needs more research to see if it is overvalued or just on a great growth trajectory. WAF - West African Resources - gold producer - released more good gold results on Thursday. MC $3B. SOI around 1.1B. SP currently$2.65. Chart looks great, which is what you'd expect for a gold company this year. SKS - SKS technologies - does electrical and communications network systems and announced $100m contract. MC $196m. Caught my attention because of the size of the contract compared to their market cap. SP jumped on the day but has dropped since. Chart largely going sideways so not really inspiring. ARN - Aldoro Resources - rare earths explorer - announced doubling of size of resource with drilling confirming extension of resource both in length and depth. I have no idea about grades for rare earths. SP spiked on the news but then dropped back. MC $59.6m. SOI around 178m. Chart has been largely going sideways, with the occasional spike, since Dec. Interesting chart. Was kicking along the bottom for over a year on low volume prior to breaking out in Dec. Since then it broke out into a new trading range on higher volumes and has mostly been trading between 25c - 38c with a few failed breakout attempts. Currently 33.5c. OB1 - Orbminco (formerly Woomera Mining) - acquired gold project in WA. Only mentioned this one because its SP is 0.1c. Very tiny. Market cap around $2.4m. Lots of upside potential if they can make something of it. Only way down is out. Chart looks like something was happening a year ago but it failed and has been pretty much a shell since. Haven't investigated the history. They might be perpetual losers to avoid. Or they might have had a bad run and now be onto something. No idea. Earned a spot on my watchlist in case they do have some success.

Re OB1 - I think they will most likely do a share consolidation at some point. It is highly likely that the SP will continue its decline unless they have a lot of success with this new acquisition. So there may be an alternative on the downside to "out". Regardless, there will be a lot of stale holders and shares to churn through before the SP can make a meaningful move. I'll still watch at a distance but with little enthusiasm.
