100%. Many people including myself continue to hold on to the stock because STU presented that things are still on track per the project timeline. End of the day investing is a "dog eat dog" place and individuals are responsible for their decision but company presentation release to the market form an important part of the decision-making process. In this case clearly the Chairman purposely lied to investors to keep the ship steady.
