For the first time, the commission was shown a brief sent to the then government services minister in November 2019, summarising advice from the solicitor-general that found the scheme was unlawful.

with the question that Robert's continue with the Robodebt would amount to misfeasance. the definition of which includes: -

which could result in a class action against Mr Robert. oh dear.....

This is literally stomach churning.

When the Liberals disposed of Turnbull, they abandoned all pretence of a moral, law abiding government.

In its place came arrogance and incompetence.

It shames me greatly to have voted Liberal all my life. That ended at the last election when I voted for a credible independent. My Federal seat, until then a safe Liberal seat, was won by the Greens candidate.

I do not see any way forward for the Liberals to rebuild trust among disaffected Liberals, let alone swing voters. They look like an increasingly out of touch Opposition, where they are destined to remain for a long time.
