Wow this guy has some serious kahuna's. Why release a report now? If the Ph2 fails he'll look like a complete buffoon and get torched by his clients. On the flipside, he might come up looking like a total hero in a matter of days! Hopefully someone has given him wink wink. Shame he doesn't own any shares though!
