Stuart Robert's Pitt Street Report

I realise this report has been linked already on HotCopper. I also note pfeifer has mentioned it on his reddit site. I think this is important enough to warrant its own thread.

I don't personally think this is the most important thing to analyse properly - that is probably still the recent Nature Medicine publication for its implications on cell manufacturing. But Stuart Robert's has been tracking CYP for some time and offers a basis for his valuation so I think his report is worth analysing.

I personally think analysis and the original report should be separate - it doesn't stop anyone from analysing things differently on HotCopper if they want to but the fact of the report should be distinguishable, in my opinion, separately from what particular posters think of it.
