Fishy, I probably worded that the wrong way mate......That is the deal that will be put to shareholders,
if it is not accepted funding will have to be sourced elsewhere and the prospective funders may not
be as amicable as ridgeback.......SR mentioned something about Viralytics (VLA) having a worse
percentage deal but he wasn't quite sure of the exact amount.....I haven't checked that out.....
He mentioned Ridgeback did a very extensive investigation into Prima before commiting.......
I asked did he think Ridgeback would be around for a while and he said he believed they would....
I don't really know but I got the impression that it would not be beneficial to vote it down, but
that is every individuals perogative......
