I agree. If the future is so rosy why would we vote yes to this sort of deal which was negotiated from a significantly more pessimistic outlook and a SP about one quarter of where it is currently. If its voted down management will spit the dummy and say goodbye we're closing up? I doubt it. They will have to get to work on a new deal.
The safest option is to take the cruddy terms. I don't want the safest option, I want the best option, and so should management.
