Hi Kbear, With respect, PRR raising $14 million now will be relatively easy with recent company making announcements , there is a lot of interest now in what PRR has, a share offering even at 7c will fly out the door easily giving PRR at least $50 million for the same amount of shares , the deal with Ridgeback at 2c cannot and should not be supported , I certainly will be voting NO.
