Westsurf, I think you'll find some of hte sells at 30c will miraculously disappear when the person accumulating has enough!!
Capping sells are often placed to scare people....they will either sell their shares in fear they are not going to go any higher, or may not buy at a level they otherwise might have.

All the while, people wanting more shares before a breakout, can quietly keep picking them up in hteir selected range.

Understand the mentality of trading and you start to buck some of what you see on the screen!
A line wiper in one hit at 30c would be magic!!!
