You would have to be pretty naive to think that in the last 11 years or so, oil and gas drilling techniques have not marched forward enough to overcome a high pressure zone of mud and/or clays.

Although it is disappointing to have been stuck twice at this level, the fact remains that high gas readings may indicate that this prospect is well worth drilling through to target depth, and their may be a few smiling faces when we reach target depth or commercial quantities of gas and /or oil at Duhat 1.
