At least someone calls a spade a spade for a change,should have gotten a polly to write the drill report and read whatever spin they would come out with!Is it the company that wears the total cost, regardless of the drilling attempt,i know if i quote for a job and state it can be done i have to achieve the result why should this be any different? Sorry did't finish drill hole you'll be paid at most pro-rata.Maybe so much oil underneath that the pressure is pushing the mud up around the drill bit!
