cant help but feeling (thats a technical analysis) this is about to turn the corner and rush to $4 in the next 4-6 weeks.
I usually hate people who post 'feelings' but in this case the stars seem to be aligning and if mgt can put out an update in contract renewals at the end of the qtr then i think the market will see this for what it is. Low debt and great opportunities starting to deliver.
