The cap raising was a complete disaster - cannot even make it back to the prior 60c cap raising. What were IOF management thinking issuing discounted shares to the very same institutions responsible for the market cap destruction in the first place. I trust they were rewarded for their largesse.

Compare with MOF which has higher gearing and lower tenancy.
