It is surprising that RJ has been re-appointed at all given complete the lack of success for 10 years. When was the last time gas or oil actually flowed from an Icon well?
Extending an overpriced contract for 5 years, let alone one, is outrageous.
Say good-by to another $3 million of shareholders' cash and continued mediocre performance.
