Anyone who is upset about this must believe that Icon will still be around in its present form for another 5 years.

Surely nobody thinks that a 5 year contract nowadays guarantees the holder with a 5 year term!!! Just gives them a bigger payout if they are sacked.

Frankly, I hope so and that RJ is able to survive 5 years, because if he doesn't deliver within that time, he would have been sacked anyway. He will only be there in 5 years if our market cap is no less than $500 mill!!!
