    Hey Spylord

    For nearly two weeks this scenario has been playing out. I think what is happening is that an institutional buyer is slowly accumulating a large number of shares. I believe this is the case due to the following:

    - bids at 13.5 and 13 have remained relatively constant around 2 million each;
    - the offer at 14 has displayed an iceberg in play and this iceberg has attached to an offer of 400,000. When this iceberg offer has been sold another one is initiated further down the offer list;
    - the presence of an iceberg creates concern for holders as the real offer the volume is not quantifiable and thus encourages holders to sellout; and
    - large numbers of shares are being sold at the mid point of 13.75. This suggests that there is a big buyer in a darkpool crossing the spread and snapping up shares.

    What do others think???
