    I have already expressed my views in earlier posts but your point about mgt also being big investors in TMR is a major reason I continue to hold the stock. I remain concerned about issues contributing to costs, such as the largely undisclosed level of remuneration to new, high quality employees. TMR is in need of some runs on the board (sic - LOL).
