That demo panel mustve been double glased, but for an actual Building installation they will use Triple Glased.

The triple Glased windows get 41% energy savings for heat and cold internal climate control of the building, but double glased would only get a 20% saving, so it wil be required as triple glased, also the extra pane of glass means the deflection flim is covered by the third pane, to make it Building integrated, if it was double glased the film inside would be exposed, so not optimal use of the tech.
