bern, I think you will find that 1PG's MC is much higher than that. You may have only included the listed shares. There are a ton of options and shares in escrow. A figure of over 400 mill is closer to the mark. And this opposed to VPC where if I include everything I get a market cap of about 25 mill.
Anyway, I don't mean to correct you but rather I mean only to further strengthen the point you are making.
