could be another broker a la Ballieu who has released a kick ass recommendation to their clients....but we would only find out if that was the case in the coming days when clients were set.

Or it could be an institution of some kind who has decided on a largish target valuation for VPC. Such an organization might want a large slice and in order to get that they would not be quibbling over a few points of a cent. They might give an instruction such as "buy up to 6c"
