1/ PPL. I'm not against the concept of something that ISN'T wealth redistribution, but it is badly timed. If you believe in free enterprise you can't have a protected job.
2/ A good thing although I am speaking as a tradesman. It is good that they move some money from the pandered, barely literate uni students to helping the guys who must build and operate what the best of those uni bludgers design.
3/ Pass.
