I have NEVER found the Webjet site to be CHEAP or even COMPETITIVE compared to other travel service providers.
Checked again today for a return flight to Europe and they are AGAIN about $500 dearer than the others.
I have NO idea WHY anyone would buy from the Webjet site.......In my experience they are a LOT more expensive than anyone else and forget about trying to call them up to speak to an operator - you'll be waiting all day.
On the other hand I called travel.com.au and they ended up giving me the cheapest price out of everyone and although I had to wait a while the customer service was excellent. Kills Webjet hands down - if only they had the same management of WEB they'd probably be doing a hell of a lot better.
These are just my own experiences today!!!
