Maggarre - ever heard about shelf companies. Associating VRE with the previous company business(Smartworld) is mischeivous. If there was any direct link like common directors fair enough but if not it is not relevant. I can name quite a few good companies that have been reborn from failed ones - its a cheap way of establishing a business structure.
A lot of rubbish being posted recently.
Fundamentally current issues can be boiled down to a few very simple facts.
1. Does VRE have validated JORC based reserves and resource to support a bankable mining project.
2. The current and projected price of gold.
3. Does the Company have the infrastructure and personnel (including experienced management)
4. Does the company have (or will have) enough working capital until break even point is acheived.
