ROBOSHAN yes i have heard of shelf companies these are ones that purely have existing articles of association in place anjd a registered business name .
However can you explain why holders of Smartworld were gifted a pro rata quantity of View resorces stock in a totally new company with supposedly no connection to the previous entity.
I dont profess to understand it all but i do know somethings very smelly in the world of stinkers.
