He is correct in stating SWC shareholders had their shares converted to VRE shares when VRE back door listed into SWC. Also, you are further mistaken in confusing a dormant shelf company with a listed or unlisted public company.

Furthermore, there actually is a distinct association between the two companies, but not by way of the current board and management or their activities.

We are all prone to mistakes but a more courteous approach to posters who we think are wrong, is wiser in the long run.
