what is their to stop the administrator from doing it? At this point it is speculating,but consider this eveything is a fire sale. If there is any truth that an ex-MD of GTP bought a dicounted loan book from a bank that needs to be confirmed by the administrator,how much was it or IS it being sold for? What is there apart upteen class actions starting and while this goes on I notice NOT one writ,caveat being punched out by these theiving legal parsites.
