    Ok tiddly tofy tody limo boy has 53% in FMS yep he is up to his neck and we FMS UNITED have put the rope around his neck... to me he has no option but to;

    1. Take us to Production
    2. Higher offers for himself if he wants it all
    3. Merger where only shareholders vote
    4. Takeover
