Yeah Jay, see that was just what I was trying to say in my first post.

Again, please understand I am positive on this stock, just think people are getting ahead of themselves.

You have done exactly what I was saying, and have assumed that the "US deal is as good as done" and then proceeded to put a price on it (based on the income from the Australian operation), and then apply a forward P/E and give it a current market cap.

Yes, I think it looks LIKELY that the deal will go through. How likely? We will have to wait and see.

Look guys, I have been around this small cap space long enough to see what can, and frequently does, go wrong, so I am not prepared to assign large Market Caps without confirmation of a signed deal.

If the news today had been "Alcoa has signed a 5 year contract" or something to that effect (which judging by this weeks posts I think most were expecting), yeah I would be all in for king and country, but I am happy to wait for more confirmation.

I am on your side believe me, but just as I said trying to present a balanced view of the facts as I see them.
