I HAVE JUST BEEN INFORMED OF THE FOLLOWING:

Confirmed yesterday 22/11/2013 in Supreme Court of WA:

1: It was a private deal between the Ailakis's brothers and Mr.C.Olivero - Mr.Penglis(lawyer f.the brothers)confirmed this when directly asked by the chief justice at 10:46 AM.
This ,of course,means RDS had no business,supporting the brothers financially.

2: Mr.Penglis argued at/around 12:30 that "Tollu"was not controlled by RDS at the time of cap.raising in 2007.Mr T.Ailakis refused to disclose this to the market.
This has,of course,implications for all shareholders buying into the company at $ 1.20.and raises questions of Mr.T.Ailakis's compliance with ASX/ASIC rules and regulations.
