I have been informed of the result of RDS AGM 29/11/2013
and have the following opinion:

1: Do/did A.Ailakis resign from all positions in RDS
or only as a director?

The present board indicated a wish to get a fresh
start f.RDS with more news fed to the market, with a new technical management and possibly
a new geologist to interpret results from the Musgraves.
2: A discussion took place w.shareholders questioning the
implication f.RDS if litigation against the Ailakis's
is confirmed in Supreme Court end December.
The present 2 board members was questioned whether they
had been "misled"into financing litigation f.
A.and R.Ailakis.Some strong words were used to the
displeasure of one shareholder.Another shareholder asked
the board to recuperate apprx.$ 140,000.00 forwarded to
Mr.R.Ailakis as his share of the cost of litigation.
Mr.R.Ailakis has no position in RDS and is not covered
by QBE.

No direct answer was given to item 1 or 2 !!

By trying to clean up internally,it is probably
necessary to consider all salaried positions incl.
comp.secretary and comp.chairman.
3: A short discussion took place concerning financing of
the future-there is very little money left to handle
day to day operations.Major shareholders indicated this
to be a minor problem since they all considered the
landholdings in the Musgraves to be world class.
One shareholder indicated a price pr.share should be in
the neighbourhood of 40-50 cents and his confidence in
getting there.

We can hopefully get a better picture of happenings after
new year to evaluate whether a new direction f.RDS will
take place/have taken place.
