what next..no wonder telstra and optus love this plan...free cash from the stupid rudd government..why should the govenment and "taxpayer" help telstra and optus get more profits from a plan that they r obliged to pay for..after all they r the ones who want broadband out in the community..anothe stupid Rudd plan..God help australia if ALP get in power...there goes the kids nest egg...
