There was no way I was going to do the census online tonight, if the system didn't overload from sheer numbers then I am sure there would have been any number of young IT savvy rogues trying their hardest to make it crash just for the challenge.
To give the Census website designers some credit it worked seamlessly on a VERY slow satellite connection on Sunday evening, in fact it was one of the most trouble free online forms I have ever filled out.
