    I believe they already have or are on the verge of having 90%.....the stick in the mud ruining all the fun for all of us (in TMR) is one 6% holder of IBR - who will not budge.....he believes IBR was acquired too cheap, and that a higher offer will come from Hugh....stupid, stupid, stupid....
