    if you look back at the feasability studies announcements...
    it mentions (ball park) returns on conservative commodities prices of about 100-140m USD/yr...
    using my back of the matchbox math, a typical 15 times PE means about 1.5-2.1b USD cap...since there are approx 1.3b shares on the market...you can work out the rest...
