If a company has a yield of say 5% 100% franked and you wish to add back the franking to achieve the real rate of return would you have a calculation such as this? I am using excel. =X%*(30/100) to achieve a % increase and then add this to the franked yield %? Is there better math’s to achieve this in one step. Am I wrong and can you help?
