he spells it Ker, and is a seasoned Mining and Resources Writer or Journalist for the AFR. obviously got access to FMG’s Legal Notices to Platts and S&P, as he even named the FMG sender. Also had good access to info to the US and (UK) English court notices.
Watch this space I guess is what he was saying.
ASIC is more worried In their Press Releases about retail investors and their lack of understanding of short term moves given all the volatility (bit late for that) so not pursuing FMG as yet.
