A small Australian company BPH has been waiting four years
for a exploration license for a gas field off the coast of Newcastle
called PEP11 where the gas is pouring out of the sea floor. NSW has
no gas so this would be a ideal project . Meanwhile the government
fast track a gas field in Timor and then give them subsidies . You just
can't make this stuff up.
