but, there's a problem -------------- Australia doesn't 'develop'

Australia waits for someone else to come along and want to develop.

That's the problem. Australia doesn't 'do' ----------- it allows people wandering by to say 'hey, is it ok if I put a well down here and take what comes up?'


so, you are correct in part of it and I agree with you ----------- again, it is a lack of governing - particularly governing for the good of Australia

the do as little as possible country. Get out of the way and let foreign business do business

and that is exactly what it has done
