    1. ROC does not have the expertise in this field.

    2. Takeover would most likely invalidate the tax losses due to change of control.

    3. PSA share price would stagnate like Roc's has for so many years, despite strong results and discoveries.

    Unfortunately, we have to accept PSA the way it is.
