I agree OMR. In fact ROC's IPO(about five years ago)was priced at $2 - say no more.
It's just the calm before the storm - people are still thinking about the fact that they're only going to earn $A10mil this year(and that'll reduce if the upcoming onshore Louisianna wells are duds) instead of looking forward to 2005 when the profit will be $A50mil+ with cashflow even better than that.
Upcoming drilling this month will add some life to the shareprice shortly..in the meantime just keep accumulating them.
