Sushi I get the impression that Petsec's partners are non listed US independents but I couldn't be sure. I do know they are not the same group of ex employees who they are working with at Main Pass. Thanks for the other suggestions.

What I still don't understand (but am very happy to see) is why gas prices are so high and look like going higher when storage levels are well above the 5 year moving average. Guys at Petsec reckon it has less to do with electric power generation and more with booming industrial demand. Long may it continue!
