What's the difference between ignorance and apathy?
I don't know and I don't care.
My hiring mantra is always hire competence over knowledge.
Better off hiring someone that demonstrates competence who doesn't know your 'game' than someone who has the knowledge but no idea how to apply it.
Ignorance is easily fixed with training, but incompetence is endemic.
