I already did. I voted against them and their remuneration.

This SPP sucks. It sucks very big. Especially for the larger holders that have been in it for long time.

As to why many companies don't do much of the pro-rata allocation system anymore, begs the answer.

It could very well be that them, (the Directors), cannot afford to take up their full entitlement in a pro-rata system, and everyone else has to offer as a result.

In the pro-rata system, every shareholder has the opportunity to keep they % holdings without being diluted any further. And that, IMHO, it is very fair.

Hence why I voted NO to what they have recommended.
