    Why do any sharetraders / investors think any company directors care about them. Its futile to beleive that they have your interest at heart. They are in it for the same reason as we all are to make money.Second geussing what Directors think is a waste of energy. Its simple they are in it for the exact same reasons you are!! They want to sell their stock at max price to the highest bidder, in the meantime they need cashflow to pay their wages.Where is your stop loss set?
