The market didn’t comprehend its a side issue because the way the announcement was worded & dropped.

Maybe Stu doesn’t comprehend that markets hate uncertainty & the market reacted the only way it could given the circumstances.

Not sure what going on a road trip with David will do at this time (unless its back to San Francisco). Lilac needs to be on board 100% & this talk of disputes put to bed.
