It, clearly, was how that message was worded that created the panic.
"Dispute'", are they in "dispute", they haven't reached an agreement and discussions are continuing. But, this is a side issue in the main game and work continues at pace."
Howmuch better would it have been if the word "dispute" was not used and that next sentence also included.
Mozza01. Stu said that "I hope that this is helpful to you and your network". I don't think he has restricted the use of his words. That second sentence should be made public.
