Liongold widens losses in Q3 to $15.08m

Liongold Corp Ltd widened its net loss for the fiscal nine months ended Dec 31, 2011 with a net loss of $15.08 million, it said on Tuesday.


A year ago, the group posted a net loss of $1.69 million.

Year-to-date revenue rose 7.5 per cent year-on-year to $77.07 million from $71.67 million. However, gross profit margin declined to 11.3 per cent from 12.9 per cent.

Loss per share for the period was 2.07 cents. A year ago, it posted loss per share of 0.23 cents.
