I think at last half year report they stated due to credit climate alternatives to IPO would be looked at to get Hybrid off the ground
now those concerns have alleviated a little, and the co is pumpin gas, condensate and cash
So potential to have IPO with 1 large backer taking around 30% or so... rest to stx holders first(including the right for shortfall or to buy extra), then market
no matter how they do it they should offer STX holders first dibs
