WE is awaiting a final decision from the EPA in regard to the gas development. It is a timely process and difficulties arise in relation to the timing of that decision, so we wait.

It is STX's best estimate that it will happen in 4Q, 22, but it could be delayed further. There is a small probability that it could be refused, but it is small.

The STX cap raise is not needed for WE, so it doesn't get much of a mention. I would not read a lot into it.
