Why would they sell their only income producing asset ?? Then they would have no business at all! Lol lol lol surely you wouldn't want that!! And there are better ways of raising cash, like discounting offers to sophisticated investors. I won't get my finger off anything. People's sensitivity and high emotions are signs of stinging losses that I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH and that's why people take things personal and want to attack me. They should attack the thesis and they never do. Anyways time will tell what the future holds. My sentiment remains unchanged. I got a big seller causing the trend and I'm not getting in the way of that.

You talk with certainty its a seller.. more likely Hancock preparing this for takeover. I saw the same games on Wgo and the same posters sewing seeds of discontent. Time will tell whether she can get 1.2b in assets for 450m like you're proposing.
